摘要
目的分析布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年10月收治的90例哮喘患者作为研究对象,采用随机摸球法分为对照组(45例,布地奈德)和观察组(45例,布地奈德+沙丁胺醇)。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗前,两组的肺功能各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的呼气峰流量、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量及用力呼出50%肺活量时呼气流量均显著高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肺哮鸣音、胸闷气短、咳嗽持续时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的人内皮素-1(ET-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果显著,可改善临床症状,降低炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 90 patients with asthma admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(45 cases,budesonide)and observation group(45 cases,budesonide+salbutamol)according to random touch ball method.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in lung function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the peak expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory flow at 50%of vital capacity in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statisticantly significant(P<0.05).The symptoms duration of lung wheezing,chest tightness and shortness of breath and cough in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statisticantly significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of human endothelin-1(ET-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),thromboxane B2(TXB2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statisticantly significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of bronchial asthma has a significant clinical effect,it can improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
