摘要
提出了应用物理矛盾描述问题的方法,介绍了TRIZ解决物理矛盾的空间分离原理。对刮板输送机的刮板和刮板链技术系统进行了因果轴分析,定义了强度与运动物体的质量这一技术矛盾,提取出了密度参数作为物理矛盾,选择了牵引空间和支撑空间作为2个不交叉的空间。依据发明原理,设计出了可拆卸刮板和组合式刮板链装置,解决了刮板链强度不足及刮板磨损的问题。
The method of physical contradiction problem description was put forward,and spatial separation principle of TRIZ was introduced to solve physical contradiction.The scraper conveyor and scraper chain technology system were analyzed by the cause and effects,the technical contradiction of strength and weight of moving object were defined,the density was extracted as the physical contradiction,the traction space and support space were selected as the two non-cross space,based on the invention principles,a demountable scraper and combined scraper chain device was designed,which solves the problem of insufficient strength of scraper chain and scraper wear.
