摘要
针对现有水泥装车机的工作形式,提出全自动水泥智能装车机,研究用智能机械替代人工装车。由于自动装车机是一种全新的产品,其技术难度高,开发困难。利用TRIZ创新方法,解决设计中的不同难题,并将得到的方案应用在实物样机中,取得了理想的结果。
The article in view of the work form of the existing cement carloader and put forward the intelli- gent and automatic cement carloader .It researchs how to use machinery to replace manual work. It taked many problems in the design process because of the machine is a new product ,and its technical is highly difficulty.The article using the innovation method of TRIZ to solve different problems in the design.Put the scheme in the physical model machine and achieved ideal results.
