摘要
目的研究泰山白首乌块根的化学成分。方法采用多种分离技术分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质,采用现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从泰山白首乌块根中分离得到12种化合物,分别鉴定为:白首乌乙素(Ⅰ),白首乌二苯酮(Ⅱ),戟叶牛皮消苷-C(Ⅲ),2,5-二羟基苯乙酮(Ⅳ),3-羟基苯乙酮(Ⅴ),4-羟基苯乙酮(Ⅵ),白桦脂酸(Ⅶ),2,4-二羟基苯乙酮(Ⅷ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ),琥珀酸(Ⅹ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅺ),对苯二酚(Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the roots of Cynanchum bungei Decne..Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by a variety of separation technology,and their structures were identified by spectral analysis,on the basis of physiochemical properties.Results 12 compounds were isolated and identified as: 2,6,2'-trihydroxy-3-acetyl-4'-(2'',6''-dihydroxy-3''-acetyl) phenyl-6'-methyl-benzophenone(Ⅰ),baishouwuhenzophenone(Ⅱ),bungeiside-C(Ⅲ),2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone(Ⅳ),3'-hydroxyacetophenone(Ⅴ),4'-hydroxyacetophenone(Ⅵ),betulonicacid(Ⅶ),2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone(Ⅷ),β-sitosterol(Ⅸ),succinic acid(Ⅹ),eleutheroside A(Ⅺ),hydroquinone(Ⅻ).Conclusion Of all the compounds above,3'-hydroxyacetophenone(Ⅴ) was delaminated from Cynanchum bungei Decne.for the first time.
