摘要
健美操是一项艺术类体育项目,高职院校基本都有健美操教学。在体育教学中很多高校都探讨应用研究型教学。研究型教学在体育教学中的应用,为体育教学提供了一种新的教学模式,健美操教学中应用研究型教学,为健美操教学的发展提供了可能。
The aerobics is a kind of sports art and there are aerobics teaching m almost every mgner voca-tional colleges. In sports teaching many colleges and universities need to explore the application of research teach-ing, the application of research teaching in the teaching of physical education provides a new teaching mode for PEteaching. Aerobics teaching in applied research provides the possibility for the development of aerobics teaching.
