摘要
受康德的"审美无利害"美学观念的影响,现当代的中国美学研究对孔子美学进行了"实用"与功利主义的批判,事实上,这种实用至上的批判却采用了非实用主义的方法。如果以杜威的实用主义美学来观察孔子的美学思想,我们会发现二者在思维方式、美学的目标与艺术功能论上都有着强烈的共鸣。孔子没有把艺术的教化功能看作是外在工具,而是艺术与生俱来的本质内涵,这种教化功能是艺术的交流属性体现出来的。同时,不仅孔子之思本身带有极大的审美性质,而且孔子"礼乐之治"的大同社会也有着强烈的美学色彩。
Influenced by Kant's aesthetic idea of "disinterest", modern Chinese aesthetics criticized Confucian aesthetics from pragmatic and utilitarian aspects, however this criticism adopted a non-pragmatic method. If we view Confucius in a perspective of John Dewey's pragmatist aesthetics, we can find that theyshare similar ideason thinking mode, aesthetic targets and artistic functional- ism. Confucius did not regard the educational function of art as an external tool, but inherent essence. While the educational function was emerged through the exchanges of art. Furthermore, not only Confucian philosophy itself, but also his ideal society conductedby ethical cedes and musics were strongly aesthetic.
