1,3-丁二烯作业工人代谢酶基因多态性与DNA损伤的关系

Association between genetic polymorphisms of metabolizing enzymes and DNA damage among workers exposed to 1,3-butadiene

摘要 本研究采用碱性彗星试验评价个体外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤,聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法分析细胞色素P450 2E1(CYP2E1)、微粒体环氧化物水解酶(m EH)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶P1(GSTP1)基因的多态性,探讨外源性化学物代谢酶基因多态性与1,3-丁二烯(BD)工人外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤的关系。结果发现,BD暴露组和对照组彗星尾距分别为4.65(3.49-5.98)和2.38(0.82-3.98),差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。暴露组中具有CYP2E1基因Pst1位点c1/c2或c2/c2基因型个体的彗星尾距显著高于c1/c1基因型个体(P〈0.01)。
