摘要
为了促进高职院校工学结合课程的开发与实施,对教学产业园定位及其功能进行了分析,开展了基于教学产业园工学结合课程教学管理制度的研究.结果表明:教学产业园提供与职业岗位对接的教学实践平台和教学所需的岗位工作内容,能发挥校企教学资源互补和共享等功能.基于教学产业园的教学管理制度对激发企业参与教学合作的内在动力、保障校企共同开发与实施课程教学、整合校企双方实践条件和打造优势互补的专业教学团队等具有重要意义.在教学管理制度设计过程中,需遵循职业性、实践性、互利性及共享性的原则.从校企利益关系、课程设计与实施、教学运行管理及教师队伍建设等方面建立制度框架.
In order to promote the development and implementation of work-integrated learning courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the location and function of teaching industrial park and carries out study on teaching management system of work-integrated learning courses based in teaching industrial park.Results show that teaching industrial park has functions such as providing teaching practical platform jointed to occupation posts and working content for teaching,giving play to complementation and sharing of college and enterprise teaching resources.Teaching management system based on teaching industrial park has great significance for motivating internal impetus of enterprises to take part in teaching collaboration,guaranteeing joint development and implementation of course teaching by colleges and enterprises,integrating practical conditions of colleges and enterprises,and establishing professional teaching group of advantage complementary.During designing process of teaching management system,we should obey the rules of occupation,practicalness,mutual-benefit and sharing,and build system framework from aspects of interest relationship between colleges and enterprises,design and implementation of courses,teaching management and teaching staff construction.
