摘要
美国终身教职后评审制度是指大学教师获得终身教职后,定期接受的关于教学、科研、服务等业绩的考核评审。美国终身教职后评审重视教师的发展,强调同行评价的作用,评价方式多样化,评价标准灵活多变。比照美国的终身教职后评审制度,我国高校教师的评价制度仍存在着一些问题,应引起我们在高校教师评价的主体、评价标准及评价最终目的等方面的反思。
Post-tenure Review refers the system that university teachers regularly receive reviews about their performances in teaching,scientific research and service, etc. after having been granted tenure. With diversified evaluation methods and flexible evaluation standard, Post-tenure Review focuses on the development of the teachers and emphasizes the role of peer evaluation. While comparing with it, there are still some problems existing in China's University Teacher Evaluation. It is worth our reflection in regard to the main body of evaluation, evaluation criteria and ultimate purposes, etc.
