摘要
本研究以美国高校教师聘任过程为切入点,深入探讨高校教师聘任中国家权力关系以及内部权力关系,剖析其背后的权力实施路径、制度逻辑和运作模式,探究美国政府对高校教师聘任制度的管控是如何进行的,兼论政府行政管理权力与高等教育自主权的运作过程和内在逻辑。有助于更好地把握美国高校教师聘任制度的基本规律,为新时代构建具有中国特色的高校教师聘任制度所借鉴。
This studysheds the lights on the teachers appointment of colleges and universities in the United States, and discusses the state power relations and internal power relationship on college teachers. This study further analyzes the system of the power behind the implementation path logic and operation mode, and explores how U. S. government control the teacher appointment system in colleges and universities. Meanwhile, it discusses the theory of government administrative power and the operation process and inherent logic of higher education autonomy. This study will help understand the basic rnle of American colleges and universities teachers' employment system in reference to Chinese characteristics for this new era of college teachers' employment system.
