摘要
在传统电力系统经济调度基础上,考虑风电并网后附加备用及上、下旋转备用约束,同时考虑火电机组燃料费用和环境污染物排放费用,建立了经济与环保协调的经济调度模型,提出应用改进PSO算法求解短期经济调度问题,并通过5节点火电厂、1节点风电场系统仿真验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
Based on traditional economic dispatch,considering the additional reserve and upper and lower spinning reserve constraint caused by wind power attaching to the power grid,and meanwhile taking into account fuel costs and environmental pollutant emissions costs of thermal power units,we establishe the economic scheduling model containing economic and environmental coordination costs.The method which is based on improved PSO algorithm to resolve short-term economic dispatch problem are verified that it is both feasible and effective.
