摘要
作者主要通过对吉林石化PRIME G+汽油加氢脱硫装置国Ⅴ工况下反应系统调整情况、分馏塔塔切割点下调幅度、轻、重汽油采出比例变化幅度等操作条件变化以及其对产品收率、辛烷值损失等影响进行分析,为2015年生产国Ⅴ标准汽油改造提供方向。
This paper mainly analyzed the effect of verious operation conditions for Jilin petrochemical PRIME G+ FCC gasoline Hydrodesulfurization Unit under the case of China V on the product yield and the octane loss etc. These conditions include reaction system adiustment, cutting point reduction in the spliter,amplitude of changes in proportion of light/heavy produced gasoline. This report will pro- vide direction for producing standard national V gasoline in 2015.
