摘要
为了加强真空卸污系统的管理,开发研制了真空机组信息管理系统。该系统可远程传输真空卸污系统工作压力、运行时间、机组能耗等信息,并在机组出现故障时及时发送故障报警信息至售后服务等相关人员,从而为加强真空系统售后服务、节能降耗、优化设计提供技术支持和依据。
The research and development of Information Management System of Vacuum Pump Station iscarried out, in order to enhance the management of the Vacuum Sewage Suction System. The InformationManagement System could remotely transmit information of Vacuum Sewage Suction System, such as workingpressure, working hours and energy consumption of vacuum pump station, etc. It could also send alarmmessage to relevant after-sales staff in case of pump station failure, thus provides technical support and basisfor the after-sales service, energy saving ＆ consumption reduction and design optimization.
