摘要
哈大客运专线已经建成通车,配套的真空卸污系统已开始使用。哈大线的沈阳北站和长春站是国内寒冷地区首次设置真空卸污系统的车站,为了适应寒冷天气对真空机组、卸污单元和真空管道等设备都进行了设计改型。本文对寒冷地区车站真空卸污系统中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的改进措施,可为以后寒冷地区车站真空卸污系统的设计、施工和设备安装提供经验借鉴。
The Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line has been open to traffic and the supporting vacuum sewerage discharge system has been completed. Shenyang-North Station and Changchun Station are the first stations which install the vacuum sewerage discharge systems in cold areas. Therefore, the types of major system components including vacuum pump station, sewage discharge unit and vacuum pipe have been modified according to the cold environment, but the vacuum pipes installation has some problems during the actual construction. By the analysis of the existing problems in vacuum sewerage discharge system of railway stations in cold areas, this paper proposed the corresponding improvement measure,which would provide a reference for the design, construction and equipment improvement for vacuum sewerage discharge system in cold area stations.
