摘要
目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中COX-2和PCNA的表达。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测38例CA组织中COX-2和PCNA的表达。结果 CA组织中COX-2和PCNA阳性表达率分别为73.68%(28/38)和86.84%(33/38),正常对照组COX-2和PCNA阳性表达率分别为0.00%(0/20)和50.00%(10/20);CA组织中COX-2和PCNA阳性表达强度多在++^+++,正常对照组多在-^+;CA组和对照组中COX-2和PCNA阳性表达率及表达强度均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CA组织中COX-2与PCNA表达强度间存在正相关性(r=0.74,P<0.05)。结论 CA组织中存在COX-2和PCNA过表达,COX-2和PCNA在促进CA细胞增殖方面可能发挥重要作用。
Objective To explore the expression of COX -2 and PCNA in lesions of Condyloma Acuminatum (CA.). Methods We use SP immunohistochemistry method to measure the expression of COX - 2 and PCNA in 38 eases of CA and 20 normal skin controls. Results The positive rates of COX - 2 and PCNA were 73. 68% ( 28/38 ) and 86. 84% (33/38)in CA tissues, meanwhile 0.00% (0/20) and 50. 00% (10/20) in the controls. The expression intensity of COX - 2 and PCNA in CA was significant higher ( + + ~ + + + ) than that in normal controls ( - ~ + ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Both the positive expression rate and expression intensity of COX -2 compared with normal group differences were statis- tically significant. The positive correlation was observed between the expression of COX - 2 and PCNA (r = 0. 74, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The higher expression of COX - 2 and PCNA may play an important role in promoting the proliferation of CA cells.
