摘要 服役桥梁拉(吊)索锚固区钢绞线中的腐蚀、开裂等损伤,会直接威胁桥梁的整体安全.采用超声导波检测法研究了基于频谱分析的锚固区钢绞线缺陷识别方法.利用超声检测系统对符合GB/T 5224-2003的预应力钢绞线试样进行超声导波检测试验,提出用于识别缺陷存在与否的相对系数α和量化缺陷大小的反射系数β,得到锚固区钢绞线缺陷的识别方法以及不同缺陷和量化因子之间的关系曲线,为实现桥梁拉(吊)索锚固区中钢绞线的无损、在役检测打下基础. In service bridge′s hanging or cable anchorage zone,the corrosion and cracking damages of steel strand will directly threaten the overall safety of the bridge.The ultrasonic guided wave testing techniques are applied for studying the method of steel strands defect recognition,based on spectrum analysis.The ultrasonic testing equipments are optimized for the ultrasonic guided wave testing experiment on samples of prestressed steel strand,complied with GB/T 5224-2003.The relative coefficient is put forward to identify the presence or absence of defects,and so does the reflection coefficient to quantify the size.The recognition method of steel strand′s defects in anchorage zone and the relation curve between different defects and quantitative factors are obtained.The conclusion provides a foundation for the realization of nondestructive,service testing on the hanging or cable anchorage zone′s steel strand.
