摘要
本文阐述了焊缝跟踪参数自整定模糊控制器的工作原理 ,提出了比例因子和量化因子自动调节的方案和实现方法 ,介绍了模糊控制器的具体设计步骤和单片机参数自整定模糊控制系统的软硬件设计。结果表明 ,在焊缝跟踪中采用参数自整定模糊控制器可以明显改善系统的性能。
In this paper,the principle of fuzzy controller with self-adjusting parameters in arc welding is expounded,and an approach of realizing self adaptive fuzzy controller is presented.The process of how to design such a fuzzy controller is introduced,and the software and hardware designs are given.The result proved that system's performance could be improved by the appliance of parameters self-adjusting fuzzy controller.
