摘要
梨园水电站泄洪冲沙洞圆形有压段混凝土施工中采用了全圆针梁式液压钢模台车。介绍了全圆针梁式液压钢模台车的安装程序与方法,台车混凝土施工工艺及注意事项。全圆针梁式液压钢模台车的施工方法具有钢筋预先绑扎,施工速度快、外观体型良好、实现针梁与模板相互运动,无需外力牵引等优点,但也存在价格昂贵,没有标准配件、混凝土振捣困难等缺点。
The concrete in the circular pressure segment of spillway and flushing tunnel is constructed by using needle beam hydraulic steel mould trolley in Liyuan Hydropower Station. The installation procedures and methods of trolley, and the techniques and precautions of concrete construction are introduced herein. The needle beam hydraulic steel mould trolley has some advantages, such as tying steel in advance, fast construction speed, good appearance of concrete, realizing the mutual movement of needle beam and frameworks and without pulling force. But the trolley is expensive, there is also no standard part and it is difficult for concrete vibratory.
