摘要
为解决VM1400型卧式振动离心脱水机维护成本高、配件供货周期长的问题,采用EVM1400型卧式振动卸料离心机代替原脱水设备对13~0.5 mm粒级末精煤脱水。介绍了该离心机的结构、工作原理、技术特点、技术参数,并分析了其在丁集矿选煤厂的应用效果。实践表明:EVM1400型卧式振动卸料离心机处理能力大,脱水效果好,维护量小,可靠性高,在13~0.5 mm粒级末精煤脱水方面具有一定优势。
To solve the problems of high maintenance costs and long supply cycle of spares about the VM1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuge,the EVM1400 horizontal vibrating discharge centrifuge is chosen to dewater the small clean coal 13 ~ 0. 5 mm in place of it. This article introduces the primary structure,working principle,technical feature and technical parameters of this EVM 1400 centrifuge,and analyzes its application situation in Dingji mine coal preparation plant. The application shows that the EVM1400 horizontal vibrating discharge centrifuge has the characteristics of large treatment capacity,good dewatering performance,small amount of maintenance and high reliability,with some advantages in dewatering the 13 ~ 0. 5 mm small clean coal.
