摘要
目的对TEST1自动血沉仪测定红细胞沉降率(ESR)进行准确性评价及校正。方法随机抽取133例门诊患者及体检者血标本,分别用TEST1自动血沉仪和魏氏法进行ESR测定,以魏氏法为标准评价TEST1自动血沉仪测定ESR的准确性并进行校正。结果 100例标本用TEST1自动血沉仪测定的ESR结果(16.35 mm/h±13.49 mm/h)低于魏氏法的测定结果(21.68 mm/h±21.22 mm/h),两者差异有统计学意义(t=4.59,P<0.01);相关性分析表明,TEST1血沉仪与魏氏法测定ESR呈显著的线性正相关(r=0.881 9,P<0.01);多元线性回归分析表明,血红蛋白、红细胞计数等明显影响仪器法的测定结果;33例仪器法测定ESR的结果经多元线性回归分析建立的校正公式校正后(14.44 mm/h±10.39 mm/h)与魏氏法ESR的测定结果(15.52 mm/h±14.48 mm/h)差异无统计学意义。结论TEST1自动血沉仪ESR的测定结果易受其他因素的影响,需用魏氏法测定并进行校准,否则结果可能严重偏低。
Objective To adjust and evaluate the accuracy of TEST1 automatic ESR analyzer on Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR). Methods 133 samples of whole blood were collected randomly from clinical patients and physical examination persons,the ESR were detected by TEST1 automatic ESR analyzer and Westergren respectively,the Westergren method was regarded as standard method in order to evaluate the correction of TEST1 automatic ESR analyzer,and to adjust the machine.Results The results about 100 samples used TEST1 automatic ESR analyzer(16. 35 mm / h ± 13. 49 mm / h) were lower than the Westergren(21. 68 mm / h ± 21. 22 mm / h),there were significantly statistical meanings between them( t = 4. 59,P〈0. 01). The relative analysis showed that there were linear positive correlation between TEST1 and Westergren( r = 0. 881 9,P〈0. 01); The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the ESR results detected by TEST1 automatic ESR analyzer were influenced obviously by hemoglobin and erythrocyte account; The results of 33 samples detected by TEST1 were adjusted by the formula established by multiple linear regression analysis(14. 44 mm / h ± 10. 39 mm / h) showed no statistical significance compared by Westergren(15. 52 mm / h ± 14. 48 mm / h). Conclusion ESR detected by TEST1 automatic ESR analyzer was influenced by other factors easily,the Westergren method was used to adjusted TEST1,or the results might low severely.
