摘要
为提高磷矿粉的有效利用率,利用复合菌种对磷矿粉进行发酵,研究发酵条件对磷矿粉的活化效果,通过改变基质含水率、温度、接菌量和激活剂的用量研究磷矿粉发酵后发酵物和发酵液中有效磷含量和水溶性磷含量的变化,并通过试验得到最佳的发酵条件。结果表明:磷矿粉与复合菌种发酵后,发酵物和发酵液中有效磷含量和水溶性磷含量都有明显增加,但在不同发酵条件下,对磷矿粉活化的能力不同。在发酵过程中接菌量对磷矿粉活化的影响最大,接菌量为4%时,总有效磷含量达9.89%;其次为激活剂量,激活剂量为0.36%时,总有效磷含量达9.35%;最后为温度和基质含水率,其影响基本一致,温度为25℃、基质含水率为70%时,总有效磷含量分别达9.08%和9.02%。磷矿粉活化的最佳组合条件为接菌量4%、激活剂量0.36%、温度25℃、基质含水率70%,该条件下,总有效磷含量达9.92%。
To enhance the effective availability of powdered rock phosphate,compound strains were applied in fermentation of powdered rock phosphate to explore the effects of fermentation condition on excitation of powdered rock phosphate,the change of water-soluble phosphorus and available phosphorus content in solid and liquid after fermenting was studied by changing the matrix of moisture content, temperature,inoculating content and activator content.And the optimum fermentation condition was gained through the experiment.Results:water-soluble phosphorus and available phosphorus content were markedly increased by fermentation of compound strains,but the excitation ability of rock phosphate were different under different fermentation conditions.The biggest factor of fermentation was inoculating content,the total content of available phosphorus reached 9.89%(inoculating content 4%),then activator content,total content of available phosphorus reached 9.35%(activator content 0.36%),temperature and matrix of moisture content were basically the same,the total content of available phosphorus reached 9.08% (temperature 25℃)and 9.02% (matrix of moisture content 70%)respectively.The optimal combination conditions were 4% of the inoculating content,0.36% of the activator content,25℃ and 70%of matrix of moisture content,the total content of available phosphorus reached 9.92% .
