ACS患者血清sCD40L及PAPP-A水平与易损斑块的相关性 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)、妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)与冠状动脉易损斑块的相关性。方法选取该院心内科住院患者102例,包括急性ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)组22例,急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死(NSTEMI)组17例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组28例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组15例,对照组20例(冠状动脉无明显异常者)。应用ELISA测定血清sCD40L和PAPP-A水平。血管内超声(IVUS)检测易损斑块。结果STEMI组、NSTEMI组、UAP组血清sCD40L、PAPP-A水平明显高于SAP组及对照组(P<0.05);102例患者血清sCD40L、PAPP-A水平与IVUS检出易损斑块呈正相关(r=0.932,P<0.05;r=0.992,P<0.01)。结论 ACS患者血清sCD40L、PAPP-A水平明显升高,与易损斑块有明显关系,可作为评估冠状动脉病变不稳定程度的指标。
