摘要
介绍了超低浴比高温高压拉链、织带染色技术及其成套设备,利用脉流冲击染色技术实现了低耗能、低排放染色;开发了阶梯式筒管及智能卷绕机,有效控制了织物卷绕的拉应力、厚度、形状等,生产表明:该技术可克服织物染色过程中出现的色花等质量问题,大幅提高了织物染色效率及经济效益,满足了国家对纺织工业节能减排的要求。
Zippers and ribbon dyeing technology with high temperature and pressure in Ultra low bath ratio and complete equipment were introduced. The dyeing technology with low energy consumption and emission was realized by taking advantage of pulse shock dyeing technology. Especially, the development of stepwise bobbin and intelligent winding machine effectively controlled the tensile stress, thickness and shape of wrapping fabrics. The results showed that the technology can overcome the quality problems like un-uniform color occurred in fabrics dyeing process, and was able to significantly improve the dyeing efficiency and economic benefit of fabrics dyeing, meeting the national requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction in textile industry.
