摘要
介绍了气液分流的染色技术及其成套设备,利用空气动力学原理,将高速空气流通过喷嘴喷向缠绕的织物,使得织物在前进的同时确保蓬松以便于喷染,随后用喷嘴将染液通过流道喷向蓬松的织物获得处染。气液分流的染色技术实现了低耗能、低排放染色,大幅提高了纱线染色的经济效益,满足了国家对纺织工业节能减排的要求。
The gas-liquid shunting dyeing technology and the complete set of its machines were introduced. The high-speed airflow was jetted from nozzles toward switched textile in base of aerodynamic principles, which ensured the bulkiness of in-delivery textile for convenience of spray dyeing. After that, the first dyeing was achieved by jetting dyeing solution from pipeline to the fluffy textile. Gas-liquid shunting dyeing technology achieved low energy consumption and low emissions dyeing, improved economic benefit of yarn dyeing significantly, and met the energy conservation and emission reduction requirements in textile industry.
