摘要
针对MBA职业发展指导工作中面临的挑战,总结教练技术在上海财经大学MBA职业发展指导实践中的运用经验,探讨通过引入教练技术,重构职业发展工作中的师生关系,变教师灌输为学生思考,拓展师生教练为生生教练,改善了工作困境和学生对职业发展指导工作的满意度,提升学生自我思考解决问题的能力,提高MBA的培养质量。
For the challenge of MBA career development guidance work, summarize practice experience of coaching in SHUFE MBA career development guidance. Though coaching reconstructing the relationship between teachers and students in the work of guidance, change the status from teachers' thinking to students' thinking, expand coaching from teacher-student to student-student, release the working difficulties and improve satisfaction of students, improve quality of the cultivation of MBA .
