党的十七大报告明确提出了优先发展教育,将创新人才培养水平明显提高作为实现全面建设小康社会的新目标。高等学校肩负着人才培养的根本任务和重要使命。我们在指导大学生职业发展时,必须以科学发展观为指导,努力培养符合时代要求的复合型创业型应用人才。
The report of the 17th Party Congress clearly pointed out we gave priority to the development of education.Increasing the level of training innovative talents becomes a new target of construction of well-off society.Universities and colleges take the basic task and important mission of training innovative talents.When we guide to college students＇ career plan,we must take the scientific development perspective as guidance,and strive to cultivate compound entrepreneurial practical talents who need the requirements of society.
