摘要
CD147被称为细胞外基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)诱导因子,可诱导周围细胞表达并分泌MMPs,而MMPs可降解细胞外基质,两者共同参与肿瘤细胞之间、肿瘤细胞和基质细胞之间的相互作用,促进肿瘤的侵袭与转移。MMPs家族中又以MMP-2、MMP-9与乳腺癌关系最为密切,故该文主要针对MMP-2、MMP-9及其诱导因子CD147在乳腺癌发生、发展中的作用以及以CD147和MMPs为靶点的抗肿瘤治疗的相关研究进展予以综述。
CD147 is known as extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer,which can induce the surrounding cells to express and secrete matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs),while MMPs can degrade extracellular matrix.CD147 and MMPs together participate in the interaction between tumor cells,and tumor cells and stromal cells to promote tumor invasion and metastasis.In MMPs family,MMP-2 and MMP-9 are most closely related to breast cancer.Therefore,here is to make a review of the related research progress of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and their inducer CD147 in breast cancer and the cancer therapy targeted at CD147 and MMPs.
