摘要
党的十八大以来,党中央对巡视工作进行了一系列重要部署,推动了巡视制度的发展和完善。在新形势下,提高高校巡视监督成效是做好高校党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的关键任务。文章从高校巡视监督的重要意义分析出发,对高校巡视监督的指导思想、目标和方式、存在问题进行了系统论述,并据此提出了创新高校巡视监督体系的政策建议,研究结论可以为高校巡视工作的推进与提高提供理论参考。
Since the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, the CPC central committee has promoted the development and perfection of the system of inspection Tours with a series of important deployment. In the new situation, to improve the effectiveness of inspection supervision is the key task to do a good job for the anti - colTuption work in universities. By analyzing the significance of the university inspection supervision, this paper studies the re- quirements of the current university inspection tours, systematically discusses the guiding ideology, objectives and methods, and the existing problems of the inspection tour supervision in the colleges and universities, proposes the policy suggestions for the innovation of the inspection system. The conclusion of the paper can promote the inspection supervision work for the universities.
