摘要
高校廉洁文化是高校在办学过程中,倡导和积累起来的促使管理者廉洁从正、教师廉洁从教和学生廉洁修身,推动高校依法治校、廉洁办学的思想观念、行为规范、规章制度和价值取向的总和。建设高校廉洁文化,需要我们掌握其内涵,并根据高校教职工和学生的不同的特点,分别建设廉洁从政文化、廉洁从教文化、廉洁修身文化;依据不同文化的作用,建设廉洁精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和环境文化,以增强廉洁文化建设的针对性和实效性。
For the construction of honest culture in the colleges and universities it is necessary for us to master its connotation and according to the feature of the campus people to construct honesty from honest official career culture, honest teaching career and honest moral character cultivating culture respectively, and according to the different cultural actions to construct the honest spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture and environmental culture, so as to strengthen the directing nature and the actual effective nature of the honest cultural construction.
