摘要
高校廉政文化建设包括高校廉政环境文化建设、高校廉政精神文化建设、高校廉政行为文化建设和高校廉政制度文化建设四个方面。采用材料分析法初步提出选取的指标,依据AHP法确定高校廉政文化建设评价指标权重值,并通过发放调查问卷对六所高校的廉政文化建设状况进行实际调查。由此得出,目前我国高校在廉政建议奖励制度建设、廉政学术氛围、廉政育人氛围等方面还存在不足。同时,通过高校廉政文化建设评价指标体系的运行,在一定程度上激励了高校的廉政文化建设,体现了其预测和引导功能。
Clean culture construction in universities mainly includes the construction of environmental culture, spiritual culture, behavioral culture and institutional culture. The paper obtains the selected indicators through the means of material analysis, determines the blend weight of evaluation index by the method of AHP, and conducts a questionnaire survey in six universities. Based on the above analysis, the paper concludes that some defects still exists in the fields such as incentive system of an-ti-corruption construction, anti-corruption academic atmosphere, and anti-corruption educational atmosphere. The operation of evaluation index system for clean culture construction motivates the construction of clean government in universities to some ex-tent and displays its function of prediction and guidance.
