摘要 电伴热系统的保温原理是利用当交变电流经伴热电缆通过伴热管壁时,在集肤效应和邻近效应的作用下,电流不是均匀沿着管壁流动,而是集中在伴热管内表层通过,在管壁电阻的作用下,通过电流发热,经传导使模板温度升高,保温层粘贴于伴热电缆外侧以减少热量的散失,降低整个系统的电能消耗,有利于减少整套系统的运行费用。 The thermal insulation principle of electric heat tracing system is that when the alternating current pass through the heat tracing cable and the heating pipe wall, under the action of skin effect and proximity effect, the current flow is not uniform along the tube wall, but concentrated in the ~er surface of trace pipe. Under the resistance of the pipe wall, under the action of heat by current, the template temperature wiU increase by conduction. The insulation is pasted in the lateral heat tracing cable to reduce heat loss and reduce the power consumption of the whole system, which is beneficial to decrease the operation cost of the system.
