介绍了EBZ200悬臂式掘进机的主要技术特性及其井巷掘进施工中的使用工况和掘进工艺,阐述了掘进机在使用过程中出现的问题并针对问题做出设计改进,从而使EBZ200悬臂式掘进机最终成功应用于铝土矿山岩石巷道的掘进作业,为煤矿掘进机在非煤铝土矿山中的应用提供了借鉴经验。
Introduce the main technical characteristics of EBZ200 roadheader, and its use conditions and tunneling processes in the mine shaft excavation construction. Describes the problems arising in the course of its using and the design improvements for these problems. So EBZ200 roadheader was successfully applied to rock tunnel boring operations of bauxite mine ultimately. It also provides experience that the boom roadheader in the application of non-coal bauxite mountains.
