摘要
目的了解我校在校学生无偿献血的现状以及对无偿献血知识的掌握情况,为高校更好的宣传无偿献血事业提供理论基础。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方式,以无记名填写问卷的形式,对我校在校学生进行了无偿献血情况和相关知识问卷调查。结果共调查472名在校生,其中有144人献过血,献血率为30.5%;男女生的献血率分别为36.8%和22.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个年级学生的献血率分别为25.9%,32.1%,34.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在大学生对献血的态度上,光荣感、健康查体和奖励回报作为学生最重要的献血动机;害怕传播疾病、怕影响身体健康和怕针刺是影响学生献血的消极因素。在献血相关知识知晓上,献血人群要比未献血人群的知晓率高,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论该校大学生献血热情不高,在献血宣传上还有待加强,让更多学生真正了解献血的意义。
Objective To understand the status of voluntary blood donation and related knowledge among college students so as to provide the evidence for further development of voluntary blood donation in college. Methods By using the multistage cluster random sampling method, 472 students were selected for a questionnaire survey on the blood donation and related knowledge without signature. Results Among the 472 students, 144 were blood donors and the blood do nation rate was 30.5%. The blood donation rates of the male and female were 36.8% and 22.7% respectively and there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. The blood donation rates of the students of Grade One, Grade Two and Grade Three were 25.9%, 32.1% and 34.1% respectively, and there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. The atti tude about voluntary blood donation, honor of blood donation, medical checkup, and received rewards were the main motivations of blood donations in the student donors, and the worries about transmitting diseases, harming kealth, and needling pain had negative effect on the donations Besides, the awareness rate of relative knowledge of blood donation in the student donors was higher than that in the students without donations. Conclusion The enthusiasm of blood donation is not high in the students of the college. Therefore, the college authority should enhance the health education about voluntary blood donation in the college.
