摘要 通过对转化炉的温度、燃料流量、压力三个方面来优化操作提高转化炉的热效率利与及转化炉出口甲烷的转化率。为了提高操作工操作水平,在节能降耗工作做出努力,结合公司的低成本战略方针,通过对转化炉的操作进行探讨研究,希望能探讨出一条节能降耗的途径。从而提高制氢装置的对外竞争能力和提高操作人员的技术水平,为企业做出一点贡献。 The issue of conversion through the furnace temperature, fuel flow and pressure to optimize operations was discussed to improve three aspects of the thermal efficiency of reformer and reformer export profits and the conversion of methane.In order to improve operational level operatives, working in the energy saving efforts, combined with the company's low-cost strategy approach, the operation of the reformer was explored in the hope of energy saving.Improving external competitiveness of the production plant of hydrogen and the technological level of the operator can make some contribution to the enterprise.
