摘要
介绍了运用CFD方法对某大型制氢转化炉的温度场及烟气流场进行模拟计算的结果,特别强调大型化后更要重视温度场及烟气流场的均匀性等问题。通过全尺寸建模和计算,获得了炉内烟气流动、燃烧和传热过程的详细信息,计算结果表明:炉膛内烟气流动受边壁作用影响较大;炉内高温区域主要集中在炉顶燃烧器区域,占炉膛高度约1/4;炉管强吸热区域主要集中在炉管上部与燃烧器火焰对应位置;应充分认识低NOx燃烧器对转化炉炉膛温度分布均匀性的影响。
This paper presents the simulation calculation results of the temperature and flue gas field in a large-scale hydrogen manufacturing converter by using CFD method.It lays special emphasis on issues like uniformity for the temperature and flue gas field in large-scale converter.The detailed information about the furnace flue gas flow,combustion and heat transfer have been obtained through full-size modeling and calculation.And the results indicate that the flue gas flow is greatly influenced by wall action;the high temperature area is mainly located around the furnace top which covers nearly a quarter of the height of the converter;the tube endothermic region is mainly in the upper furnace and corresponding position of the flame;and the low NOx burner would affect the uniformity of the temperature in the firebox of the converter to which great importance should be attached.
