摘要
为探讨改良三角形分段结扎、皮桥整形缝合术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将100例环状混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组采用改良三角形分段结扎、皮桥整形缝合术治疗，对照组采用分段齿形结扎术治疗，对比两组患者总体疗效及术后疼痛、水肿、皮赘残留、出血、痔核脱落时间。结果显示，两组患者总体疗效比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但在术后疼痛、水肿、皮赘残留、出血、痔核脱落时间方面观察组明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，改良三角形分段结扎、皮桥整形缝合术治疗环状混合痔设计合理、操作简单、疗效肯定、术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
This studY was to investigate the clinical effect of a modified procedure（triangle-like segmental ligation,skin-bridge plasty ＆ suture） in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.The 100 patients with this hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group and control group, n = 50 for each;the former received above modified procedure, the latter received segmental teeth-like ligation; then, the whole effects and postoperative pain, edema, skin-tag residue, bleeding and lose mass time of both groups were compared.As results, except for whole effects of both groups did not have statistical difference （P 〉0.05）,other items of observed indexes in observation group were significantly superior to that in control group（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids above-mentioned modified procedure is of rational design, simple manipulation, determined effect and less postoperative complication,thus worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
