摘要
目的探讨共用减压口分段外剥齿形结扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法对2010年10月至2011年10月我科住院的环状混合痔患者采用共用减压口分段外剥齿形结扎术治疗120例临床资料作回顾性分析。结果治愈112例(93.3%),好转8例(6.7%),有效率100%,痔核脱落天数平均12.8d,平均住院天数14.2d。患者无明显并发症及后遗症。结论共用减压口分段外剥齿形结扎术能减少对肛管及黏膜的损伤,减少疼痛,缩短痔核脱落时间,有效的预防术后皮桥水肿、断裂、肛门狭窄及瘢痕粘连等并发症,且易于设计和操作,临床疗效满意。
Objective Investigate the clinical efficacy of common decompression profile Milligan ligation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated by surgery of various types of circumferential in our hospital during Oct.2010 to Oct.2011.Results 112 cases（93.3%）were Cured,8 cases（6.7%）were improved and the efficiency was 100%;hemorrhoids were off in 12.8d and the average length of stay were 14.2d.No patients have significant complications and sequela.Conclusion This operation is easy to operate and the clinical results are satisfactory.
