饮用水中苯系物的静态与动态顶空气相色谱分析方法建立及比较 被引量:10

The establishment of analytical method and comparison for static and dynamic headspace gas chromatography of benzene substances in drinking water

摘要 目的建立并比较生活饮用水中的苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、苯乙烯等苯系物的顶空气相色谱检测方法和吹扫捕集气相色谱检测方法。方法对静态顶空条件、动态顶空条件及色谱分析条件进行优化,并对2种方法的检出限、精密度、准确度进行评价。结果 7种苯系物在静态顶空、动态顶空气相色谱法均能完全分离,静态顶空法最低检出限为0.03μg/L^0.05μg/L,平均回收率为97.6%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~2.6%;动态顶空法最低检出限为0.009μg/L^0.02μg/L,平均回收率为98.0%~100.6%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~4.4%。结论静态和动态顶空气相色谱法均能同时分离与检测生活饮用水中7种苯系物,分离效果好、操作简单、灵敏度高,完全可以满足饮用水中挥发性苯系物的测定。 Objective To establish and compare the method of static headspace gas chromatography detection with purge and trap gas chromatography detection of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,o- xylene,m- xylene,xylene,styrene in drinking water. Methods Static headspace conditions,dynamic headspace conditions and chromatographic conditions were optimized,and the two kinds of detection limist,precision,accuracy were evaluated. Results 7 kinds of benzene substances can be completely isolated in the dynamic headspace static headspace,gas chromatography,static headspace method detection limit was0. 03 μg / L- 0. 05 μg / L,the average recovery rate was 97. 6%- 101. 0%,the relative standard deviation was 1. 0%- 2. 6%,the detection limitof dynamic headspace method was 0. 009 μg / L- 0. 02 μg / L,the average recovery rate was 98. 0%-100. 6%,the relative standard deviation was among 2. 0%- 4. 4%. Conclusion Both static and dynamic headspace gas chromatography can separate and detecte 7 kinds of benzene substances in drinking water with good separating effect,simple operation,high sensitivity,and can fully meet the determination of volatile benzene compounds in drinking water.
