摘要
[目的]筛选适合桉树皮栽培的秀珍菇品种。[方法]该试验利用桉树皮栽培9个秀珍菇品种,测定各品种在母种培养基上的菌丝生长速率、在桉树皮培养基里的菌丝生长速率、部分生物特性以及生物学转化率。[结果]筛选出了品质与台湾秀珍菇媲美、适合利用桉树皮栽培的秀珍菇品种:秀珍195、秀珍菇18、秀珍菇163。[结论]秀珍195、秀珍菇18、秀珍菇163、台秀这4个品种适合利用桉树皮栽培,且菌丝生长势强。
[Objective] The suitable varieties of Pleurotus geesteranus for cultivation with eucalyptus-bark were screened. [ Method ] The ex- periment was designed by cultivating Pleurotus geesteranus with eucalyptus-bark. The growth rate of mycelium in PDA agar medium culture and eucalyptus-bark culture medium, partial biological characteristics and biological conversion rate were measured. [ Result ] Three varieties of Pleurotus geesteranus, which were xiuzhen 195 ,xiuzhen 18 and xiuzhen 163, were suitable to be cultivated by eucalyptus-bark. [ Conclusion] Xiuzhen195, xiuzhenl8, xiuzhen163 and Taixiu were suitable to be cultivated by eucalyptus-bark, which had strong mycelial growth potemtial.
