摘要
[目的]探讨不同水肥组合对西兰花叶绿素荧光参数的影响。[方法]采用大田试验,分别设置12个水肥处理,研究不同生育期西兰花的光合特性和采收期西兰花的叶片叶绿素荧光参数。[结果]在不同程度土壤干旱和盐胁迫的条件下,西兰花净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr)均随着胁迫程度的加剧呈现下降趋势。叶绿素荧光参数中的PS II光能实际转化效率(ΦPSII)、原初光能转化率(Fv/Fm)、光系统II活性(FV/F0)和光化学猝灭系数(q P)均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。[结论]光合参数和叶绿素荧光参数在中水中肥处理(F3W2)条件下均优于其他处理,所以中水、中肥的水肥耦合方式可起以水调肥、以肥促水的协同作用,具有一定的应用价值。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of different water and fertilizer combinations on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of broccoli. [ Method ] Using field experiment, set up 12 water and fertilizer treatments, photosynthetic characteristics of broccoli at different growth sta- ges, and broccoli chlorophyll fluorescence parameters measured at harvest time were studied. [ Result] The results showed that after broccoli spent by soil drought and salt stress, the Pn, Gs, Ci, and Tr of leaf significantly decreased. PS II actual energy conversion efficiency (φPSII), photochemical conversion rate (Fv/Fm) , photosystem II activity (FV/F0) and photochemical quenching (qP) showed firstly in- creased then decreased. [Conclusion] Photochemical conversion rate (Fv/Fm) is high and photosynthetic parameters is suitable in the middle water and fertilizer combination. So the middle water and fertilizer combination can increase the interaction of water and fertilizer. It has a certain value.
