摘要
对国内外农村基层医疗卫生建设取得良好效果的做法进行回顾,分析中外农村医疗卫生人才培养方法,为我国农村医疗卫生人才培养提供建议和参考。各国的培养措施都与卫生区域规划相关,可以借鉴他国经验,但不能完全照搬使用。农村应制定适合我国国情的全科医生培养计划,进一步完善培养体系。
Reviews the achieved effects and methods of rural grass-root medical health establishment in domestic and overseas. Analyzes the training program of rural health personnel waining in domestic and overseas, so as to provide the suggestion and reference for rural medical and health personnel training in our country. The training program relates with regional health planning. So we can take example by other countries and can not copy to use completely. We need to formulate general practitioner training planning which fit our national conditions, and perfect training system further.
