摘要
目的:梳理我国订单定向医学生相关研究热点及趋势。方法:以中国知网、万方数据、维普数据三大中文数据库为数据源,检索“订单定向医学生”相关文献,利用CiteSpace从时间分布、作者与机构分布、研究热点分布与演进趋势等方面总结我国订单定向医学生研究领域的研究现状。结果:我国订单定向医学生的研究呈现发文量增长较快、学术集群现象明显、研究背景和研究对象相对单一、研究由理论向实证转变的演进趋势。结论:订单定向医学生可为为基层培养急需的全科医学人才,对均衡医疗资源分布、提升卫生服务的公平可及、促进全民健康具有重要意义。未来应加强该领域学者和研究机构间的交流合作,丰富研究主题,提升学术影响力,为培养我国优秀的基层卫生人才提供依据。
Objective To stratify the research hotspots and trend in domestic unit-contracted medical students.Methods The status quo of research in domestic unit-contracted medical students was summarized in aspects of the distribution of time,authors and institutions,research hotspots and research evolution trend using CiteSpace with the unit-contracted subjects-related papers covered in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases as the data source.Results The research in domestic unit-contracted medical students showed a rapid increase in the number of published papers,a significant academic cluster phenomenon,a simplistic research background and research object,an evolution trend from theoretical research to empirical research.Conclusion Unit-contracted medical students can be trained as the general medical professionals for the basic units,which plays an important role in balancing the distribution of medical resources,improving the fair access of medical service and promoting the health of the whole people.The communication and collaboration should be strengthened between medical scholars and research institutions,the research subjects should be enriched,and the academic influencing impact should be increased in order to provide the basic conditions for training talented health professionals in our country.
