摘要
哮喘是一种由嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞、淋巴细胞等多种炎性细胞共同参与的慢性气道炎症,是呼吸内科的常见病、多发病,难以根治,属于中医学哮病的范畴。针灸防治哮喘的历史悠久,疗效确切,在针灸穴位的选择上积累了丰富的临床经验,尤其是对于特定穴的应用。本文将特定穴在针灸防治哮喘中的应用进行简要分析,以期为临床合理的穴位配伍提供新的思路。
Asthma is a chronic airway inflammation disease,its mechanism is involved many kinds of inflammatory cell,it is a common dis-ease and frequently occurring illness in respiratory department and is difficult to take a radical cure. The acupuncture prevention and treatment of asthma has a long history and obvious curative effect. It has accumulated rich clinical experience,especially the application of particular points. This paper will briefly analyzes the application of particular points in prevent and treat asthma,in order to provide new thought for choose better compatibility of points.
