摘要
铝电解槽阳极电流分布,是了解阳极工作状态和分析电解槽状态的重要参数,本文通过利用阳极导杆温度与其流经的电流存在相关性的原理,开发输入导杆温度及电解槽基本参数的阳极电流测试程序,改变传统等距压降测试方法误差大,操作不便的缺点,为工业性应用推介一种新方法。
The distribution of anode current in aluminum reduction pots is an important parameter to control and analyze the operation state of anode reduc- tion pot. In this paper, a new test method of anode current in aluminum reduction pots is introduced, and it changes the disadvantages of traditional testing method of equidistant voltage drop with being difficult to operation, which the anode current testing procedure of inputting anode rod temperature and basic parameters of pot is developed based the correlation principle between the anode rod temperature and the flowing current through anode rods.
