摘要
我国电解铝工艺正朝着“低电压、低温度、高电流效率、低极距、低排放、智能化”的方向发展。为了设计一种新型电解铝智能、节能新工艺,作为一种新型的阳极独立提升工艺的一部分,本文首先设计了三种不同的阳极母线布置方案,然后对三种布置方案进行了比选,从布置空间、可靠性和成本等多方面进行了比较,选出了最优方案。
China’s electrolytic aluminum process is developing in the direction of "low voltage,low temperature,high current efficiency,low polar distance,low emission and intelligence".In order to design a new intelligent and energy-saving process for electrolytic aluminum,as a part of a new anode independent lifting process,this paper first designs three different anode bus layout schemes,then compares the three layout schemes,compares them from the aspects of layout space,reliability and cost,and selects the optimal scheme.
