摘要
[目的]探讨生活方式干预在壮族高血压合并胰岛素抵抗病人中的应用效果。[方法]将80例壮族高血压合并胰岛素抵抗病人按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予传统的食物交换份法饮食和各种适宜病人的不同程度的运动干预。观察组给予低血糖负荷饮食和量化运动干预,比较两组病人干预前后血压及胰岛素抵抗指数的变化。[结果]实施生活方式干预前,两组病人收缩压、舒张压、HOMA-2水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组实施生活方式干预后,收缩压、舒张压、HOMA-2水平均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.01)。[结论]低血糖负荷饮食与量化运动等生活方式干预能有效改善高血压病人的血压和胰岛素抵抗。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of lifestyle intervention in patients with hypertension combined with insulin resistance of Zhuang nationality.Methods:A total of 80 cases of hypertension combined with insulin resistance patients of Zhuang nationality and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group,the control group was given a traditional food exchange portion diet and exercise intervention in different degree for all suitable patients.The observation group was given a low glycemic load diet and quantitative exercise intervention,compare the changes of blood pressure and insulin resistance index in two groups before and after the intervention.Results:Before the lifestyle intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and the level of HOMA-2of patients in two groups showed no significant differences(P>0.05);after the lifestyle intervention,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,HOMA-2levels in observation group were lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion:Lifestyle intervention of a low glycemic load diet and quantitative exercise etc.can effectively improve the blood pressure in patients with hypertension and insulin resistance.
