摘要 目的:研究复方甘草甜素对肝源性糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法:对入选的23例肝源性糖尿病患者,静脉滴注复方甘草甜素注射液(美能)40ml/d,疗程4周。分别检测用药前及用药后第2、8、15、22、29d的空腹及早餐后2h血糖,对记录的资料进行统计学分析(配对f检验)。结果:治疗后第2d、8d对比治疗前血糖值升高,有统计学意义;第15、22、29d血糖值对比治疗前差异无统计学意义。结论:复方甘草甜素注射液静脉点滴可升高1~2周内肝源性糖尿病患者的血糖水平,无明显长期升血糖作用。 Objective: To investigate the influence of compound glycyrrhizin injection on blood glucose(BG) of patients with Hepatogenous Diabetes(HD). Methods: 23 patients diagnosed as Hepatogenous Diabetes(HD) underwent injection of compound glycyrrhizin 40ml/d via vein for 4 weeks. Measuring and recording the BG value (both fasting BG and BG 2 hours after breakfast) before the treatment and on the 2nd, 8ta, 15th, 22ha, 29th day after the first injecting. The data was analyzed by statistics methods (paired T-test). Result: The level of blood glucose on the 2nd and 8th day is significantly higher than that before the treatment, while there were no significant differences in the level of blood glucose on the 15th, 22na,29th day followed, compared with the level before injection.Conclusion: For HD patients, compound glycyrrhizin injection may elevate the level of blood glucose within 1 or 2 weeks, otherwise it won't give any more influences to blood glucose level longer.
