摘要
目的了解青岛市外来务工家长手足口病相关知识的现状,为进一步采取健康干预措施提供依据。方法整群抽取青岛市区托幼机构外来务工家长作为调查对象,对其进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果共对5所托幼机构的491名外来务工家长进行有效问卷调查,家长的文化程度普遍较低;对手足口病有基本的了解,但对其高发季节和重症表现等知晓率较低;外来务工家长对健康的卫生习惯接受程度较高;家长最希望通过电视、卫生部门的宣传等渠道获得关于手足口病的防治知识。结论外来务工家长手足口病相关的健康知识缺乏系统全面的了解,应注重加强对该人群的健康教育与管理。
Objective To understand the situation of knowledge related to hand-foot-mouth disease（ HFMD） among parents from migrant workers in Qingdao city,to provide a reference for further health intervention. Methods Respondents were selected by a systematic cluster sampling in kindergartens of Qingdao,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis was practiced. Results A total of 491 migrant parents in 5 nurseries provided valid investigations,parents had lower education level in general,have certain understanding of HFMD,but low awareness rate of high prevalence seasons and severe manifestations. Migrant workers had a higher degree of acceptations of hygiene; most parents hope to gain the knowledge of HFMD prevention and control through television,department of health promotion and other sources. Conclusions Migrant workers lacked comprehensively understanding of HFMD related knowledge,health education and management should be strengthen to certain population.
