摘要
基于UG、Geomagic Studio数字化设计与制造,对其实施方案和操作流程进行了详细论述。以安全锤的逆向设计过程为例,提出了"由Geomagic Studio处理点云—特征曲线、曲面的建构,再由Rapidform整体构造产品曲面并利用UG仿真模拟输出程序到机床上加工出产品"的具体方案。研究结果表明,采用Geomagic Studio、Rapidform对产品进行逆向设计,大幅度缩短了新产品的设计开发周期,更具高效性和可行性,加速了产品开发、创新设计,利用UG模拟仿真输出程序提高加工制造的可靠性。
