摘要
对某风机叶轮进行应力强度和变形分析,并根据计算结果找出强度和刚度较薄弱部位分别进行结构改进,最终优化设计结果能使该叶轮强度有较高的安全系数,叶轮变形量减小。为叶轮结构设计提供了一种可行性改进方案。
The stress strength and deformection analysis are carried out on a fan impeller,and the weaknesses in strength and stiffness are found out according to the calculation results and the structural improvements are carried out individually.The final optimized design result can make the impeller strength with higher safe coefficient and reduce impeller deformation.It has provided a feasible improving project for impeller structutal design.
